Desription

Ndt80/PhoG like transcription factors (NP-TF) are defined based on similarity to Ndt80 and PhoG. In Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Ndt80 is known as a meiosis-specific transcription factor regulating middle phase of sporulation, and PhoG activates acid phosphatase activity in several species.
